My wife and I purchased two of these light fixtures for our upstairs bathroom remodel. We were looking for a stylish 4 light vanity light around 100 dollars a piece. After searching our two local big box hardware stores we decided to look on Amazon for their greater variety. After looking at several models we chose the 4964-CH for its blend of design and price.Once we received the items I then preceded to install them, I have a technical background so installing a light fixture should be no big deal. First clue that this was an inferior product was the installation manual, a poor photo copy folded into fourths and shoved in the box. The words and pictures were hard to decipher at best. Next came the small spaces one was forced to work in due to the light cup not being removable. One has to use the itty bitty angle screw driver to even fit the screws in their designated place. Once you get the screw driver in place you can only do a 1/4 to 1/2 turn, these are not short screws and to have to hold it in place, set the screws, then make tiny repetitive turning motions is near impossible. Then we have the screws, poorly made again, which begin to strip as soon as you put the screw driver to them. I was only able to get one all the way in, the other fully stripped out halfway through the job. Once we finally got it secured to the wall (60 min later) we screwed in the decorative shades to find that the glass was incorrectly blown and no matter which way you turn them makes the who fixture look crooked. Finally the light assemblies themselves were of poor quality with standard light bulbs barely fitting with the tracks that were either off, or malformed.Buyer beware I ordered two of these fixtures and they will be going back to the seller post haste, You can find much better quality right down the street at your local Home Depot/Lowes for less money and and a lot less headache.
