I received everything I was supposed to and everything looks in good shape. If there was some way of knowing that there are two packages shipped at different dates it would be helpful.Well ....first I unpacked and check all the parts making sure they are ok.I notice that some parts were damaged but to me not for handling under transportation because they were perfectly wrapped.I think those parts were damaged by a sloppy person at the factory then wrapped and put in the box just like that. The other theory could be that I got a returned item .Why I decided to keep it? Look the final product in the pic.It look awesome and for the price I pay. I don't think I will get a complete and modern vanity with sink and faucet include for this price.Over all I'm very happy with the final result and I will buy another one for my second bathroomCame damaged to doors and top. They offered a $20 refund. I told them I would not accept that. They sent out another top piece and new doors, the replacement doors both came damaged. The top still has damage but at a spot that is hard to see. The entire pieces looked dirty and had glue residue everywhere. Not impressed with the quality. The glass bowl is nice though.Although it was missing 2 boards the company shipped them out to me when I reported it through Amazon. I don’t know if I would get a glass bowl like this again. It had a hairline crack in the bottom that leaked. My plumber used some silicone to seal it around the crack and around the bowl and it’s holding up well with no leaks. Looks very nice.I read all the reviews before purchasing, so I had the water-line adapters on-hand. Attaching the drain to the wall was quite the challenge, but we got it done with some flexible fittings. I added black vinyl Contact paper to the top to make it more waterproof. I just live the way it coordinates with my vintage aqua tub and black tile!Missing enough cam lock screws to complete assembly, had to purchase some locally to finish. Side panel #7 broken during manufacturing. Missing handles for the 2 drawers. The hole in the top of the vanity for the sink drain is too small for this sink, only 2-1/4" and needed to be be at 3-1/4", had to enlarge the hole with a skil saw. Hinges for the 2 doors only allow for the use of 2 screws per hinge instead of the 4 required due to incorrect hinge placement during manufacturing. 2 of the screw holes land on a seam between panels and there is nothing to screw to. I am having trouble getting the drain assembly to seal to the sink bowl and not leak. True it is a cheap piece of vanity, and I expected problems. As expected the instructions are minimal which might cause problems for some, but you can figure them out. It does look ok for what it is, but do not expect this to hold up under constant or heavy use. I have it in a first floor bathroom that does not get much use. Contacted the seller on a Saturday and got a quick response by Sunday morning, offering to send missing parts and a partial refund. Hoping for follow through on their part. Overall I would not buy this item again, it looks ok, cheaply made, but will not hold up under heavy use. I think next time, I will just spend more money, and buy a truly well built piece of bath vanity furniture that requires no assembly. If you need something just for looks and not actual use this might be for you.It is not very sturdy, it looks cheap. It took me about 2.5 hours to assemble the vanity. It was damaged, but it was on the inside of the drawers, so I decided to keep it anyway since you can’t see it. It had some scratches as well, I might have to touch up with some paint, it almost looked like it had been opened and returned already. I will not buy another, I have seen sturdier vanities for almost the same price at Lowe’s. The vessel sink is gorgeous and the main reason I purchased this unit.
